I see from the news today that 152 people have been killed in one bombing. According to the news services this is the most individuals killed in a single bombing to date.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say the troop surge is not working.
The Bushies love to point out how much "progress" has been made. What fucking progress? The violence has moved to places our troops are not.
What a surprise. If any one has any thinks this is progress they are sadly mistaken. The insurgents have relocated their efforts to avoid contact with American troops. Why do you think Tal-Afar was targeted?
All said and done they still have civil war and we need to remove ourselves from this as soon as possible.
George W. Bush has been and will continue to be a strategic and tactical idiot. He thinks none of this shit is related to him. It's all someone else's fault.
This man, if one chooses to call him that, has avoided accepting any responsibility for any thing. It's easy to put the blame on everything except his own poor choices. And there is no doubt that he has made many poor choices.
Many American voters need to realize they too made a poor choice in voting this puerile idiot into office a second time.
I know for a fact that 48% of American voters gave this sorry excuse for a human their vote. All of them should be ashamed for that choice.
I also note that his approval ratings are falling somewhat below that 48 number. I wonder why?
Could it be that he is lying pile of shit? Maybe it's because he has to smoke Dick Cheney's pole? or Exxon-Mobile? Hell maybe he's even trying to cover for his pals in the Justice Department.

America Needs To Wake Up
I have been reading various posts and watching the news programs. I have taken note that many people are not happy with our Government.
For all of you that are not I would suggest you place the blame where it belongs. That is on your selves.
Yes it is true all of us have messed up badly and voted for a group of people that cannot find their butts with both hands.
I also see we blame the people in office for our problems. This is not right. We voted for people who cannot manage to keep their own affairs in order, let alone ours. Then we gripe when they fail.
This reminds me of an old saying, you can't buy respect, you can only earn it. More and more our politicians are "buying respect" with fancy gimmicks and advertising.
This does not make them people of substance. It just shows how deeply their self-interest goes. They really do not care about us, the voter, other than we have a vote. And they seem determined to get this at any cost so that they might feed off of the public they say they represent.
So wake up voters and realize that these politicians are making fools of all of us because we allow them to do so. All the "Perks" the House and Senate enjoy they enjoy these at our expense. If they truly want to serve as they say why do they not cut these perks?
Because we as voters do not demand that they do so. If one leaves these people to do as they wish they will continue to take advantage of our good will. They interpret this good will as our votes. We have allowed these individuals to take advantage of us seemingly with no complaint.
So if you have a bitch about what our government does then look in your own backyard. Yes, you and me and all the others out there who vote are responsible for this mess.
For all of you out there who are thinking I am not part of this because I didn't vote, you are so wrong. If you did not vote then you can't even bitch. You had no say then and do not deserve one now. So piss off.
Until the citizens of this country take the vote seriously and make informed choices we will have the same garbage we have now. Politicians that take advantage of us and run our lives as they see fit.
If you want a difference then limit terms and don't allow these people to rule your life. Until that happens we will live with the same entrenched old guard we have had for years.

Rush Limbaugh Is A Fucking Pussy
I went to Mr. Limpdicks sight so I could send him an E-Mail. I found I was required to sign up and pay to do so. I see that I can PAY $6.95 just to visit his questionable sight. That is per month. Or I can get a real special deal to pay $49.95 for a whole year of access. What a friggin deal.
My intent was to invite Mr. Limbaugh to have an open and fair debate on some of the the things he purports to know so much about.
I am nothing more than an old service tech who is tired of listening to the stupid trash that Mr. Limbaugh spouts.

Just What Is Wrong with Democrats?
My thought here is that most of the left sided people have become entranced with Ms. Clinton, Mr. Obama and of course the non-starting Mr. Edwards.
On Clinton I will say her voting record is pretty good. I just don't think she has the support to carry it to the white house. She goes too far left to get support and she will find very little support in the west because she is considered New York gentry.
On Obama I find him very intelligent and well spoken. And he does seem to have a grasp of foreign policy. However I have reservations about his ability to manage the economics and internal workings of this nation.
On Edwards I find the man to be a flip-flop artist of the wort sort. He seems to support anything that will make Edwards move up in the world. I have no use for this individual. I call Ass-Kiss on him.
While I will vote for whatever candidate the Dems nominate (except Edwards) My thought is that Bill Richardson is the best we have to offer.
This man has done the things that the others promise. Look at his record in New Mexico and what he has done Internationally.
The question here is why can't the left wing-nuts moderate and at least take a look at people like Mr. Richardson?
The other question is are the left wing-nuts as fucked in their thinking as they accuse the right wing-nuts of being. From some of what I read it seems to be the same shit different outfit.
Some of you may want to pull your heads out of your asses and get with what people want instead of trying to spoon feed your propaganda. I think we have had enough of that with the current Administration. With this comment I am speaking to some of the blogosphere that think they are so shit hot. Take note DailyKos I mean assholes like you. The bullshit that I read from some of you is just as bad as those you oppose.
Try a little moderation and understanding. It just might go a long way

How To Get Out Of Iraq
From what I have seen of the behaviour of the members of the House and Senate I note we seem to be dealing with badly trained children. Well so and so said this and someone introduced a bill...the other someone doesn't like it. Names are not needed here. This is blah blah crap. These people who run our country are arguing like of a bunch of spoiled school kids.... about first grade level as near as I can tell.
I think the thing they are avoiding is the simple fact if ending the Iraq war is really their agenda then Mad King George will have to be removed. It follows that his evil minion Dick (The Duke of Washington) Cheney will need to go as well. It may mean impeachment and conviction or resignation of certain individuals. Then it needs to be. Make it so or shut up. That is the message to Congress.
The fact is that if congress follows the will of the majority of people in this country to stop this war, Mad King George will veto it, even if his little hell-spawned demons in the Senate don't pull a filibuster. Which is almost a given considering they are still trying to cover Bush's sorry screw ups. The only logical way to get rid of a problem is not to treat the symptoms but to target the disease. If we remove the disease at the top this country can try to start healing and repairing the damaged relationships caused by the sickness we have suffered for the last seven years.
This country has been taken down a path of fear and intimidation to suit the purpose of the current Administration. I for one am tired of George W. Bush telling me how much I need to fear terrorists. The worst they can do is kill me. If they do I'll die trying to fight them.
I am more afraid of the homeland security department than I am frightened by terrorists. So the scare and score tactics of the Bush administration don't really work for me.
So if this country wants to rid itself of many problems it can rid itself of the leader that has caused these problems. And that is the way it stands. Congress can either bight the bullet and impeach or keep dealing with this on a first grade level. My call is they will opt for the first grade level....that way they can blame whatever happens on someone else. That's what immature children do you know.

Supporting Our Troops
I note from watching the news that our "on top of it" administration has reached a new high in supporting our troops.
It looks like they fired a few people to cover the exposed posteriors that really needed to be burned.
I note that many of the Military leaders we have in charge at this time seem to be better at playing politics than actually serving in the position they have acquired. I guess that keeps the retirement grade bump intact and they can haul ass with a clear (or just sort of clear) conscience. But Goddamn it to Hell.....they support our troops.
And I see that Dick Cheney and George Bush are right there with troop support. Why was Walter Reed Medical Center put on a list for base closing?
I would think that putting a private, for profit, managerial company in charge might be a reason. Just maybe?
I also have to give credit to our wonderful Senate and House for the lovely oversight that allows these wounded troops to have such great care.
Just maybe the Senate and House members in this nation could stop kissing so much ass and sucking so much penis they might actually find a way to perform the duty they were elected to perform. That duty is to care for these people they sent to fight.
They seem to care more about kissing the ass of some non-fighting political dick-sucking Chief-of-This or That than they do about the people who actually do the job.
Oh Hell yeah...Support the troops if you don't you are a terrorist. From what I have seen the Administration and Congress both have failed to support our troops.
The logical conclusion to this is that the Administration and Congress are terrorists. This is from their own rhetoric and according to their own logic.

Think
For any of you out there that doubt that the agenda of the current Administration is to subjugate the will of the American people, let me disabuse you of that thought.
The removal of U.S. trial advocates and replacing them with administration picked replacements is certainly proof.
I have said from the start of the Bush era that these people Bush and anyone he appoints or anoints as the case may be, are the "Evil Empire".
If those of you who value "Safe" over free aren't aware you will be neither when Bush and company get done.
For those of you who worry about the Dems taking your weapons.....wait until Bush declares them a "Threat to national security" and then he will have them taken from you. Dick Cheney and other "Authorized" people will still be allowed to have a gun. People like ourselves will not.
The sad fact is that Al-Qaeda is not as much of a threat to them as are the armed citizens of their own country.
Al-Qaeda is only a threat to us if we are not armed. That is precisely what this Administration wants. If we lack a defence then we must depend upon them to defend us.
Then it follows that they control our defence and by definition our lives. In this fashion they continue to keep us serving them.
This of course is not the only way this is done. Keeping the minimum wage down keeps the rabble (us) from getting ahead of inflation. Oh sorry not inflation, it's economic growth.
These people think that they are superior to us in every way. The reason they do so is because they have control of the money. It does not mean they are smart or talented. Most of these people like Cheney, Bush or Rice think they are mentally superior to everyone who does not share their economic good fortune.
Bush is living proof that having money and position do not make one smart. As a commander-in-chief he sucks. His grasp of tactical is nil. He obviously has no idea about strategic either. Cheney does his work at the behest of Halliburton and Rice follows their lead.
I would ask anyone to tell me just why these common human beings are in any way superior to the janitor that cleans the high school in my town or the woman who works as a hotel maid to keep her children fed and clothed?
Running the country might be a reason if they didn't do the job so poorly. If I did my job in this fashion I would be fired for cause. This would be right as well. Malfeasance is usually a cause for getting fired.
So just what on God's Green earth gives these butt heads the right to think they are better than 99% of this country when they have screwed up our nation for the last six years. And the fucks have made a shit-load of cash while doing it. Free transport, room and board and a salary.
The saddest fact of this whole thing is that enough idiots out there voted to keep these ass-raping clowns in office.
